Are you part of Amazon’s affiliate program?
Most affiliate marketers are.
And many earn a big chunk of their commissions from the “everything store.”
But what newer affiliates fail to realize is that Amazon has some extremely strict guidelines for its partners.
They are NOT shy about kicking bad actors out of their program – and preventing them from EVER promoting products on their platform again.
If you’ve been in the game long enough, I’m sure you’ve heard of (or experienced firsthand) nightmare situations like this.
Without much of a warning, Amazon can cut you off and immediately dry up one of your biggest sources of revenue.
Let’s make sure this doesn’t happen to you.
One of the most important guidelines for you to follow can be found buried in their behemoth Amazon Associates’ Program Policy document.
I’ll spare you from combing through that article and share it here with you directly.
From Article 2, Section 6, Policy V…👇
“You will not cloak, hide, spoof, or otherwise obscure the URL of your Site containing Special Links (including by use of Redirecting Links) or the user agent of the application in which Program Content is displayed or used such that we cannot reasonably determine the site or application from which a customer clicks through such Special Link to an Amazon Site.“
What this means is that Amazon strictly prohibits the use of cloaked links and redirects when promoting an Amazon product.
If they ever catch you doing this, they reserve the right to cut you from their program.

Should you just paste in your raw affiliate URLs you get from Amazon?
